> Exclusive Contingency Search: Similar to Contingency, you only pay a fee if a candidate is hired through our services. But in exchange for agreeing not to engage other recruiters on an assignment, we give a higher degree of priority and more rigorous handling of the search.
> Retained Search: This is the highest priority level, and we limit the number of retained searches we work on to provide the highest level of service. The fee structure is similar to that of an engaged search: we invoice one-third of the total fee to initiate the search, and the remaining two-thirds on the candidate’s start date.

Our candidates typically possess five or more years of software sales experience, with base salaries of $90,000 or higher.
