Services

For Employers

By keeping a focus on software sales recruiting, we offer a unique understanding of the process of selling enterprise software, and the challenges you face. Using fundamental practices of targeted headhunting, we focus on individuals from key competitors with a history of achievement building out new territories, meeting/exceeding quotas, and selling disruptive technology in new markets

We are open to working with clients in a variety of ways, and are flexible in offering a variety of services based on your priorities and resources:

> Contingency Search: This is a no risk option for employers. A fee is only due if you hire a candidate through our services, and is based on a percentage of the new employee’s first-year salary.

> Exclusive Contingency Search: Similar to Contingency, you only pay a fee if a candidate is hired through our services. But in exchange for agreeing not to engage other recruiters on an assignment, we give a higher degree of priority and more rigorous handling of the search.

> Retained Search: This is the highest priority level, and we limit the number of retained searches we work on to provide the highest level of service. The fee structure is similar to that of an engaged search: we invoice one-third of the total fee to initiate the search, and the remaining two-thirds on the candidate’s start date.

For Candidates

We love working with great sales talent. And while finding the right job is paramount, we do more than help identity career opportunities. With our deep industry knowledge, we help with career management and are a valuable resource for candidates who are ready to advance their careers.
Our candidates typically possess five or more years of software sales experience, with base salaries of $90,000 or higher. If you have expertise selling BI, Analytics, CRM or other enterprise applications…. you are the type of person we work with on a daily basis. And, the type of person our client’s wish to hire!
